Parking

We offer a closed, monitored, paid parking lot located 130 m from the hotel on Mariacka Street. The parking keys are at the reception. Mariacka Street is the only access road to the property.

Moje Hotele Loyalty Programme

What is the Moje Hotele loyalty programme?

Moje Hotele is a loyalty programme for hotel and restaurant guests throughout Poland. Guests travelling between participating properties can collect points. Every PLN 10 spent earns 1 point on the Guest’s account. Collected points can be exchanged for rewards from the Rewards Catalogue, available at mojehotele.pl.

What benefits do Moje Hotele members receive?

• For each completed stay (bill) at a participating property, Guests receive points. Points can be exchanged for rewards from the Rewards Catalogue at mojehotele.pl
• After each stay, Moje Hotele members receive a gift: a bottle of mineral water; children receive lollipops with the Moje Hotele logo and Kajko and Kokosz characters.
• Members can take part in stay auctions starting at PLN 1. Current auctions are available at mojehotele.pl and in the MojeHotele app
• Members can also use special offers available only to programme participants at participating properties.

How can I join the programme?

Guests can join in two ways:

-by registering independently at mojehotele.pl or in the MojeHotele mobile app for Android, iOS and Windows phones.

-by accepting an invitation from a receptionist, who can pre-register the Guest for the Moje Hotele Programme.

An email address and phone number are all that is needed to register. Participation is completely free. The programme operates throughout Poland; the list of participating properties is available at mojehotele.pl
