What is Krówka Sandomierska? Literally meaning „Little cows” – semi soft milk toffee candies. When hand made, they are hard and crispy on the outside, but fluid and creamy on the inside.

 

Packed in adorable boxes in the shape of Town Hall (Ratusz) and City Gate Opatowska (Brama Opatowska) traditional or mixed flavours Sandomierz Fudge. The boxes come in two variants: 200 grams or 500 grams.

 

 

You can also mix them and get by weight.

Available in flavours: traditional milk, chocolate, sesame, toffee, malaga, salty caramel, mint, lemon, coffee, poppy, rose, plum and anise.

 

We invite you to try our preserves in jars prepared by our Chef.

 

"Sandomierz specialties" are prepared according to old, pre-war recipes - in accordance with the principles of home and traditional cuisine.

- Sandomierz apples fried with candied spiced orange

- Fried strawberry with slow-smoked chocolate

- Cherry from Sandomierz orchards with chili peppers

- Plum with chocolate

- Merchant's house meat mousse with nuts

- Beef tongue in curry

- Sandomierz tuber (pork stuffed with potatoes and bacon wrapped in savoy cabbage) in pepper sauce

- Goose pips (goose stomachs)
